Hey there and welcome to my site!! My name is Greg and I am a certified health coach, nutrition consultant, and fitness specialist with a passion for helping others transform their lives and become their healthiest version!! My goal with this site is to educate and motivate the public on the importance of proper nutrition and exercise with an emphasis on the mind/body connection . I will be postingĀ  healthy nutrition articles and tips, proper and effective fitness routines and movements, and as Fitz Perls stated how to “lose your mind and come to your senses!!

My journey into fitness and nutrition began a long, long time ago. As far back as I can remember, my dad who was a Marine Corps/Golden Gloves heavyweight boxing champion and fitness enthusiast had me boxing, doing roadwork, and calisthenics at a very young age. I completed my first 5 mile race at the age of 5!! You can say fitness has been ingrained in me. All through grade school and high school I was an avid athlete playing sports like basketball, boxing, cross country, soccer, surfing, and track and field. When I graduated high school, I knew I wanted to do something in the health and fitness field, but I was unsure of what direction to take so I signed up at community college. Feeling unfulfilled in college, I stopped after 2 years and decided to go the certification route(best move I have ever made). I know have certifications in everything from health and wellness to NASM, CrossFit, Russian Kettlebells, and Olympic Weightlifting. I am now coaching people of all walks of life on the things I am most passionate about; nutrition, fitness, health and wellness.
